A: Yes, we take Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Q: Do you run on time?
A: Honestly, some days are better than others. During any scheduled day emergencies or unforeseen, complicated problems arise that require more than the allotted time. When this happens the morning or afternoon schedule can be disrupted.
Q: Can you address multiple problems in one visit?
A: During your visit, your physician will evaluate your comprehensive health and review existing problems. Unfortunately, only one new problem can be handled during a single visit.
Q: Do you answer medical questions by e-mail?
A: Although we utilize computer and diagnositic technology, including a full electronic medical record system, issues out of our control make it it impossible for us to attempt to diagnose or manage cases by e-mail.

A: We do not. Co-pays are a component of our participation agreements with insurance carriers. Waiving of co-pays is technically a violation of those agreements. Co-pays are always collected at the time services are provided.
A: We do, as part of our service to you, bill directly to most primary and secondary insurance companies.
